Yamaha's ball-and-pipe mounting system allows flexible tom positioning, while a P3-style bass drumhead provides built-in muffling to help control unwanted overtones. The included HW-680 hardware pack supplies two cymbal stands, a hi-hat stand, snare stand and bass drum pedal, complemented by a DS-550 drum throne with adjustable height and a memory clamp. Together, these components provide a practical acoustic drum setup for players ready to choose their own cymbals.
