An op-amp based preamp/boost with a wide tone sweep. The CopperSound Strategy Boost is designed around a Burr Brown audiophile IC. The tonal characteristics are achieved through Tropiac Fish and Silver Mica capacitors. The Strategy and has enough volume on tap to pummel your amp into break up territory. The tone knob can go from adding nice weight to delivering a thin Strat-like quack. Most finishes are done using traditional colors found on the legendary double cut it resembles. The use of classic knobs, pickguard and jack plate make for a pedal that feels familiar and fresh.
