Designed for low-watt playing with the flexibility to pair with an external cabinet, the Ashdown Peacemaker UK-PM-2H is a Guitar Center Exclusive 2W all-valve guitar amp head built in the UK. Two JJ Electronics ECC83 preamp tubes and a JJ Electronics 6V6 power tube form the all-valve signal path, while dual voiced inputs and familiar EQ controls provide straightforward tone shaping. For practice, recording or pairing with a compatible cabinet, the PM-2H brings Peacemaker valve amplification into a compact head format.

Dual Voiced Inputs Shape US and UK Textures

The PM-2H uses a single-channel preamp with two voiced inputs for selecting between different tonal responses. Dark and Light voicings provide US- and UK-style tonal directions, while Gain and Volume controls adjust drive and overall output. Bass, Middle and Treble controls complete the layout with familiar three-band EQ shaping.

Headphone Output Supports Quiet Practice

The PM-2H includes a headphone output with load for private practice and recording without a connected speaker cabinet. When a traditional amplified setup is needed, 8–16-ohm speaker outputs support connection to compatible external cabinets. This combination gives the compact head flexibility for headphone-based playing as well as conventional speaker setups.

The PM-2H houses its all-valve circuit in a birch plywood enclosure with Tolex covering for durable construction and traditional amp styling. Its compact format and 16.5 lb. weight support portability between home, studio and performance environments.
