Developed with Dream Theater bassist John Myung, this signature pedal provides two complementary drive circuits that can be used independently or stacked for a wider range of distorted bass tones.

Two Distinct Drive Channels

Drive 1 uses Gain, Loud and Tone controls to shape harmonic distortion ranging from added warmth and grit to more aggressive drive. Drive 2 provides a vintage-style fuzz voice with Grit and Burn controls for dialing in additional texture and saturation. With independent controls for each circuit, the JMY-DD lets you shape two distinct drive sounds around your bass, playing style and musical setting.

Stackable Gain With Visual Control

Each drive channel can be used independently, or both can be stacked for layered drive textures and increased saturation. Dual VU meters monitor input and output signals in real time, providing a visual reference for signal levels as you adjust the pedal or move between basses and pickups.
